Growth and Yield Responses of Chili (Capsicum frutescens L.) to Paclobutrazol Concentrations and P-Fertilizer Doses during the Rainy Season

Field experiment conducted from November 2021 to April 2022 on farmers' fields in Sukamulia, East Lombok, Indonesia, aimed determine the growth and yield response of chili (Capsicum frutescens L.) treatment with Paclobutrazol concentrations phosphorus fertilizer doses during rainy season. The factorial was arranged a randomized block design three blocks two factors, namely (0, 50, 100 150 ppm) 30, 60 90 kg/ha P2O5). Data were analyzed using ANOVA Tukey's HSD at 5% significance level. results showed that concentration significantly decreased rates plant height P increased number productive branches per plant. However, interaction between factors had significant effect flower initiation fruit weight plant, highest yield, i.e. 549.5 g/plant, obtained plants receiving combination ppm P-fertilizer dose P2O5. This also resulted earliest (at 42.2 days after planting).
